i am a college freshman trying to be independant. I am in a family of 8 and we are low income. I am the first one to go to college in my family and i am working 2 jobs while being a full time student. I am a hardworker but minimun wage does not do much when you have  $9,000 in school tuition you are trying to cover. I also volunteer in my free time. I'm very outgoing and down to earth. Hello everyone! I haven't had alot of free time lately...between work, taking care of my kids when I get home, & trying my best to pay my bills. I am still praying for a way for our family to live with less stress from struggling so hard! I'm actually a very hard but tired worker....not being able to move up in life is really taking its toll sometimes...! I am not wining either but sick of missing out on more good quality time with my kids & having more fun together! I can't because of having to be at work, & yes I'm thankful nfor my job for sure....but working so much and for so long that my kids don't even have a look of hope anymore...because of things never changing. After, I...the one who they have looked up to...has not been able to back up my promises to them. Meaning, I have always told them to never give up or lose hope, that we would eventually be able to have that kind of time because it would get better...! Now, to be honest....I don't know anymore! All, I can do is not give up for sure but feel like I might not get that chance. Because, my children are growing up so fast, my daughter is now 18, my oldest son is 11, & my other son is 9....Sometimes, it really hurts to know that I, might not make it...because even though I try not to show it.....my health as we speak is really not good like they think. I am honestly tired! But, not of trying.....I will never give up no matter what unless ofcourse....its my time to leave this world!! But, I want to have that chance/moment with my kids before I do! I am keeping my faith & hope alive even if I sound down.....Lets all pray together for each other, we all need Jesus for sure!!!

I live day after day hoping and wishing it will happen for me and my family. I am hoping for a miracle to happen, my kids talk about having their own rooms and what they plan on fixing it up. It hurts when you have to struggle and pay for your everyday expenses but, I know I can make it through for my kids. As long as you have that strong love with you everyday, it can happen. Please someone help us on finding a dream come true for us.

I am glad the computer is fixed as it isn't cheap to maintain one. And I have yet to fall sleep at it but I know of another lady who does. It is good to hear from you Patti. Hi,so sorry I haven't really been back on these site is a while due to my computer breaking and then my replacement got damaged and had to replace keyboard. Both were caused by my continuing to fall asleep suddenly without warning. Sometimes while standing or sipping on my coffee! Hi I am still here still wishing but alas not happening so far. I thank you for your response to my wish I am touched that someone has liked my wish. My friends mean so very much to me that it doesn't seem right to not try and see them before I am not able. Hopefully I can save enough to go and see them again. I have been working on getting contact from as many of my classmates from the class of 82 so maybe we can coordinate a reuinion I hope! I am almost shocked that you are looking for a baby or child so quickly after the death of your own child. I could not even pick up another baby for a long time, after the death of my own baby. That has been many years ago, but i can remember the pain that i went through at that time.

It has been a while since I last posted a message. My last message was very hard. We lost our little girl in 2008. That is one of the harstest things a mom and dad could have every done. I have prayed for so long that we could have something change for us and our boys.

I my self was having a very hard time staying in the same house that we had our daughter. My youngest son was too having a very hard time. My husband was but I really don't think he new he was. However, our prayers are coming around. We sold our house we have moved now to a new home. My husband has now located a new job.

I think our lives are starting for the best now. My husband seems to be so much better now our son is now using his room he is doing a lot more by his self. He is sleeping in his room, he tells us good night and go's to his room. I feel so much better that tons of weight has been lifed. We has a family seem to be better. Our oldest son is doing great he does not live at home. He did not ever really live with us unitl after her passing. I know that it bothers him with her being gone, however the youngest one they were very close just 2 years apart. Now, that my blessing are being answered. I am hoping that we can adopt now.

I am hoping that I am going to find that right little girl or boy if that is what god wants us to have. We hope that there is that one young mom that is not able to keep there child and I am hoping that I will be the one that she finds. I told my husband that I want to do this for my little girl... she aways wanted us to adopt plus she loved kids to. You would have thought she was an adult.

If anyone know of a baby or child that needs a great home. PLEASE send me a message. We are great people we come from a great family. This is one dream that yet has come true. We are hoping that we can get this now. We pray everyday. I know if its meet to be it will happen.

Thanks for all the comments that I have gotten. I am so glad that we have so many caring people in the world.

today i am finicially secure and about to graduate university after dropping out of high school 27 years ago.

 you simply have to be able to visualize what it is that you want.. and then set out the method it wiill take to achieve it

Those of us who suffer chronic illnesses that are also terminal don't always get the "you have x number of time and you will die" instead you could be told that you could go at any time depends on the illness you have. What do you do then? You may have time to work on your own bucket list and you might not but you can't predict it. Do you just wait and do nothing or do you try to make your last dreams come true?? Well I am trying to answer that for myself. I am able to do some things but I have limits now as I get worse there will be less that I can do. I have one very special wish that I can not find anyway to make it work out. I recently found several of my closest friends from my child to adult time, they still live close enough to my Mom's that we could get to see each other, but I can't get up enough money to make it happen. I have not seen them in 32years! And I may never get to see them again! My Mother who was like a second Mom to my friends, she is also dying too so we have shared a very strong closeness with this happening to us both, but the special part is we both know we will meet on the other side!! Thank you Jesus! Can anyone help us make this reunion happen?? Huggs to the world!! Peace and Goodwill to all!!

I am in need of dentures because of health problems. I have had hyperbaric oxygen to save my bones from radiation and so now I am healed and I just need dentures so that won't lose the structure of the jawbone in my face. I also wish that someone could help me with a laptop. I have so many dreams that I want to accomplish. I want to be able to look in the mirror and smile without crying about how I look without teeth. My former boss called me today and stated that we have no work yet. I have not gotten any replies to any of my applications for jobs yet which is very discouraging. Some good news another payment came in on my past due rent but there is nothing else coming in and the landlord is becoming a thorn in my side. Any amount would help at this time so if anyone has any more suggestions please let me know. I also need all the prayers I can get for myself and my son. His birthday is next Wednesday and it is really hard on him going through this again. I am also lagging behind on my school work as i am really becoming stressed about this whole thing. Last night, i could hardly sleep and when i could i had some really strange dreams.

I'm a 21 year old young woman who really wants to get into college. My goal is to be involved with the arts. Art school has always been where I wanted to be, but, it's sadly very expensive. The hours that I work aren't enough, though I try to get as many as I can. Scholarships and grants can only do so much, and I fear that loans will only send me futher into debt. Sandy, Have you tried the freecycle group in your area. Go on internet and find freecycle.com and see if there's a group in your area. If so, you can advertise 'WANTED: Sewing Machine'. Who knows you may get lucky. Also, try calling some of the schools and colleges in your area that offer sewing. Alot of times they have updated and may give machine away to seniors. When I put the title up on this text I was refereing to my grandmother,she's 76 yrs. old and on Sept.7th she'll be 77.I call her mom because she rasied me sence I was a baby.And now I'm returning the favor or trying to do my best to see she has the things she needs,she lives on a fixed income.I myself clean houses for a liveing but it's only seasonal work.Well to make a long story short.I haven't had alot of work this year,because I take care of my grandmother alot,so we just barely get by anymore.I wanted to ask if maybe someone out their could help me make her dream come true on her B-day, she wants a sewing machine,we could never afford something like that.I'm not picky anything old just something that sews.Thank you for your time. But unfortunately, I am so much in dept that I am unable to keep up with my bills as well as buy art supplies. Everytime I saved up enough to buy paint that I need it must go towards my bills.  This is really depressing because not only can I make enough to support myself, I can't even do what I love most.
